Seculta, the government of Oaxaca (Mexico) and CC2Mexico agency organised 20 shoots all over the state of Oaxaca to document traditional women that cook culinary legacy. The food of the state of Oaxaca is worldwide recognised. I was part of 11 of the shoots done within a week. I am not yet able to share all the results since they haven't been released by the organisation but here is a preview. An agreement between the Art director and the archeologist was not to move anything in their homes, to photograph it as it is.
